Are you ready to advance your yoga practice? Have you ever wished there was more time in your weekly classes to play with elusive yoga poses? Advanced practice is an opportunity to work on more advanced yoga poses. It's an opportunity to problem-solve - "why is balancing handstand so difficult?" It is an opportunity to practice with your fellow yogis in a longer workshop-style class. Expect to explore arm balances, inversions, backbends, and meditation. If you have a consistent practice, can do urdhva dhanurasana (upward facing wheel), then you are ready to join this monthly class.
